Elizabeth and Jason have a 3 yr old daughter who was conceived while they were having a casual affair

A ranch in Wyoming is in search of a nanny and Elizabeth Webber applies for the job.   But when she arrives she finds that things are not as she expects.

Jason has just given baby Hope back to her birth mother. Sam then turns on Jason telling him she never loved him and walks out on him.

Elizabeth has tentatively been restarting her relationship with Lucky, when Emily is violently raped by Connor. In the aftermath of the rape, Emily kills Connor and Lucky is shot by Helena. I've toyed with some details to fit the story, but the changes should be made clear as you read.

Elizabeth Webber is 21, and a rape survivor. Lucky never found her in the park, she wasn't raised in Port Charles. She never told anyone about her rape. She buried it and devoted herself to school. She went to summer school, graduated high school early, completed her pre-med degree in three years and now is about to embark on her internship at General Hospital. She has never met Jason, though she knows about him from her friend Emily.

Jason is 29 years old, engaged to Courtney, though not entirely happy about it. As usual he has drifted into something without a lot of thought.
