During the hospital evacuation, a helicopter crashes, and Elizabeth is presumed dead. However, nothing is as it seems, and, in the middle of everyone's grief, a power struggle between the various criminal elements breaks out. Secrets are made, secrets are kept, and secrets are revealed.

A/N: So glad you all loved the Diane/Alexis stuff in the last chapter. I have to say those two are one of my favorite non-couples on GH, although they are very hard to write for, so I was happy to read that you all thought I caught their personalities on paper well. A/N: So, I have to apologize to all my faithful readers. I know it has been a while since I have updated, and it seems like it has taken forever for Jason and Elizabeth to get back to Port Charles. All I can say is, not only did I have life distractions, but I found this next chapter very difficult to write. That being said, I hope you all like the end result. So,I am going to apologize once again for my lack of updating. Not only has my life gotten extremely busy with Fall sports, but my muse just left. It has been very hard trying to write for Liason right now, but I really hope to get back into the writing groove. That said, I know the update says Epilogue. I thought real hard about continuing vs. ending this story. In the end, I really felt it was time to finish it. I could go on and on about Jason's revenge against Sonny, Ric, Carly, Lucky, Sam, etc, but, to me, the crux of the story was all about Jason finding Elizabeth and them finally being together as a family. The story really started as a one shot due to the fact I was so annoyed about the spoiler LL2 would share a passionate kiss on the roof during the whole toxic ball fiasco and really felt it was Jason who should be kissing Elizabeth. For some reason, I decided to have the helicopter crash. I don't know why; it's just how the story unfolded. So, for me, the epilogue will wrap everything up, and, due to some very insightful feedback,the ending of the story has now changed. I will leave an author's note at the end to tell you what the original ending was going to be. I want to thank all of my faithful readers who have stuck with me through severe droughts in writing due to life's interruptions and for all the amazing feedback I have received. I definitely have more stories planned which I hope to write one day. I will be quiet now and let you get on with the story. I hope you all enjoy what happens to the fair… and some not so fair… citizens of Port Charles.
